An EMDR Intensive is a focused and accelerated therapy format designed to address specific issues using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Relational-Integrative Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (RI-EMDR) over a short, concentrated period of time. Unlike traditional therapy, which typically takes place in weekly sessions, an EMDR intensive consists of longer sessions (often several hours) scheduled over one or more consecutive days.

Benefits of an EMDR Intensive:
Efficiency: Suitable for individuals who want faster results or who have limited time available for regular therapy.
Focused Healing: The uninterrupted time allows for deeper engagement with the therapeutic process, allowing you to give yourself the gift of treatment and healing without external distractions
Reduced Distress: By addressing key issues quickly, clients often experience significant distress reduction, allowing them to return to day-to-day life
Flexibility: Ideal for those traveling to work with a specific therapist, those with unpredictable schedules, are time-limited or where conventional treatment is not working and would like to try a more intensive approach to treatment.
