I provide clinical supervision and EMDR consultation both individually and group to mental health professionals across Australia and Internationally.  I love my work as an EMDR Consultant which allows me to share my passion about this amazing therapy and to mentor and encourage other therapists as they engage in their EMDR journey.

I love the therapeutic work that is involved in the therapeutic relationship and have a strong passion for learning and upskilling, to always be informed to provide the best practice that I am able and this passion spills over into my love of providing Clinical Supervision and EMDR Consultation. My love of EMDR and parts work inspires me to share, guide and encourage other therapists to all the opportunities and benefits that EMDR Therapy can provide.  My practice comes from a non-judgmental, respectful stance practising mindfulness both within and outside my work.

I am trained in EMDR, Clinical Resource Therapy (Advanced Ego States), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Polyvagal Theory Radical Exposure Tapping Level II. All of these therapies integrate beautifully together and are from evolutionary theory, neuroscience and Buddhism and help create an environment that is safe, kind and accepting.

In my personal life I am passionate about animals, nature and love spending my time off with my pets, reading and listening to music. When I get the chance to travel I love to go to isolated parts of the world where the reefs are pristine and snorkel.

I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you on your journey whether as a client or as a professional.
