Hi, I’m Ben – Welcome to Seva House
Seva House is a space for healing, growth, and reconnection. I work with individuals and couples navigating the effects of trauma, complex trauma, and the challenges of balancing work, relationships, and personal fulfillment. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I’m here to help you explore what’s beneath the surface and move toward a life and relationships that feel more aligned with your values.
My Approach
I am an accredited EMDR practitioner and a consultant-in-training , specializing in trauma-informed therapy that integrates Parts Work , Process-Oriented Psychology , and Somatic Therapy . My approach focuses on the interplay of emotional, cognitive, and physical experiences, helping you process trauma, reconnect with your authentic self, and uncover deeper pathways for healing.
I value diversity and recognize that individual well-being is shaped by both current and intergenerational experiences, as well as the broader systems we live within—such as family, culture, and society. Distressing thoughts or behaviors often carry meaningful signals, reflecting unmet needs or pain rooted in these layers of experience. Together, we’ll approach these experiences with curiosity and compassion, uncover their deeper messages, and work toward meaningful change that honors your unique needs and values.
Who I Work With
I work with individuals and couples who feel weighed down by unresolved trauma, relational struggles, or self-doubt. If you’re managing life on the outside but feeling disconnected or overwhelmed within, therapy can help you reconnect with clarity, purpose, and fulfillment. I also support those navigating the unique challenges of neurodiversity, helping you embrace your strengths while addressing barriers to well-being.
Supervision for Clinicians
As a board-approved supervisor and EMDR consultant-in-training , I work with clinicians at all levels of experience who want to deepen their skills in trauma-focused therapy, including EMDR, dissociation, and complex cases. My supervision approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on integrating advanced techniques, understanding neurodiversity, and exploring how broader systems impact client well-being.
