Dickson is a Partner at Seva House Therapeutic Services and welcomes you to Seva House – a place of healing and serving from the heart. He is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 12 years of experience. Dickson has gained his experience working for NGOs and public settings including working in Early Intervention, Child Protection, Domestic Violence, Mental Health and Complex Trauma. His main therapy modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Brief Solution Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Dickson has a keen interest in working with men who use violence
Dickson has also been providing clinical supervision to social workers and social work students for the past 8 years.
Dickson graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) in 2008 from Deakin University before completing a Master’s in Public Health in 2011. In 2019, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. Dickson is currently completing a Postgraduate in Psychology.
