Benefits of Sound Healing
Sound healing uses vibration and frequency to support balance in the body and mind. Gentle sound can help calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and improve sleep and focus. Many people experience emotional release, a sense of grounding, and connection to self and others.
When practiced in a safe, trauma-informed way, sound healing can complement therapy, mindfulness, and other healing practices—supporting the body’s natural ability to restore harmony and presence.
